Three-SEssion Course
Resilience and Romance: An Empowered, Values-Based Approach to Dating with Sydney Rose, LMSW
humhum and Trauma Informed Therapist, Sydney Rose are collaborating to bring you a course series that weaves together community, discussion, mindfulness and authentic connection as we explore how to align with our values, to create dating narratives that serve our growth, healing, and relationship aspirations.
Each of the 3 virtual sessions will be 90-minutes.
Through mindfulness, discourse, interactive discussions, group activities, and experiential exercises, participants will have the opportunities to increase awareness about how they show up, and what arises in their dating experience, and find more empowerment in dating.
The workshop will provide an intentional container to explore experiences and emotions related to dating. Through non-judgmental dialogue, we will uncover limiting beliefs and challenge the wounded narratives that hold us back from living in our full power.
