Each session offers educational content, discussion, group connection and practice, meditation, and reflection prompts.
Together, on our own journeys, creating and referencing our own maps, and with our hearts and intuition as our guides, we walk alongside one another as we reclaim dating, relating, and romantic partnering.

Session 1: 02/07/2023 8-10pm ET
Whether you’re new to the Akashic Records or practiced in working with them, Helen will guide a meditation connecting you with your inherent knowing and the Akashic Records. This will serve as the foundation for all wisdom and insight to flow through you. In this session, you’ll create and define your heart map. Choose language that resonates, and work with ontological tools like embodied reflection, the Akashic Records, and your preferred way of knowing to reclaim your relationship to relationships.
Session 2: 02/14/2023 8-10pm ET
Orient in the territory. Work confidently with choice points; navigate moments of transition, and potential growth with discernment. Find more freedom on your path.
Session 3: 02/21/2023 8-10pm ET
Reciprocity; explore what is it, what it feels like, and attune to the energy of the Available Self.

Helen Vonderheide is a community educator whose teachings invite the expression and embodiment of interconnectedness, relationality, and reciprocity through the lens of the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, and Empirical Evidence.
Alexandra Ballensweig is the founder and CEO of humhum, and is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Alexandra has 8+ years of facilitating design thinking, and creative innovation experiences for fortune 500 teams, and startups, as well as creating containers and guiding experiences that nurture personal transformation and growth.
